Opm Nh-03 Pay Scale – It is the OPM pay scale is a system that divides salary into four categories depending on the team member’s position within the government. The table below shows how the basic schedule OPM uses to calculate the national team’s salary scale, based on next year’s its projected 2.6 percent across-the-board increase. It is possible to distinguish three general categories in the gs of the federal government. Certain agencies do not fall into all three categories. For example The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Defense (DOD) is not using the same categories system. Though they share similar General Schedule OPM uses to calculate their employees’ wages, they have different structures for the government’s gs level.
